Summary of Scope of Services	The consulting firm will work closely with focal points in the executing and implementing agencies; the Inclusive Education Coordination Mechanism; provincial and district education departments; provincial and district commissions on health, education, and social protection of CWD; schools and kindergartens; and other stakeholders to design and implement the project's output 3, comprising training, community engagement, and policy development support to achieve equal educational rights of CWD. The team will also support local coordination in three aimags Darkhan-Uul (school no.12 and kindergarten no.7), Dornod (school no.1 and kindergarten no.8) and Dundgovi (Govii Ireedui school and kindergarten no.3) one district Songino-Khairkhan of Ulaanbaatar (school no.105 and kindergarten no.253) of the activities under outputs 1 and 2.
