Loan No. and Title: Loan 3594-MON: Sustaining Access to and Quality of Education During Economic Difficulties Project
The Ministry of Education and Science (“The Employer”) invited sealed Request for Proposals from Consulting firms for the completion of the below-mentioned Contracts. National assignments were conducted under Single Source Selection procedures using a Biodata Technical Proposal (BTP) format as described in the issued RFPs, in accordance with the policies of the Bank detailed in the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers.
As detailed below Table 1, the Employer awarded the Contracts to the Consultant firms whose proposals have been determined to be substantially responsive to the Request for Proposals, and are further determined to be eligible and qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily. The evaluation results are;
