Consultant Services Contracts (QCBS) - 2020

Loan No. and Title: Loan 3594-MON: Sustaining Access to and Quality of Education During Economic Difficulties Project

The Ministry of Education and Science (“The Employer”) invited sealed Request for Proposals from the shortlisted candidates for the completion of the below-mentioned Contracts. National and international assignments were conducted in accordance with ADB’s Quality and Cost Based Selection procedure using a Simplified Technical Proposal (STP) and were open to all Consultant firms from eligible countries as described in the Request for Proposals.

As detailed below tables, the Employer awarded the Contracts to the Consultant firms whose proposals have been determined to be substantially responsive to the Request for Proposals, and are further determined to be eligible and qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily. The evaluation results are;

[i] The submitted financial proposal excluded all indirect local taxes in accordance with Clause 25.2 in the Data Sheet of RFP. The amount of local indirect taxes was discussed and agreed during negotiations, therefore, included in the contract amount.
