Grant No. and Title: L3594-MON: Sustaining Access to and Quality of Education During Economic Difficulties Project
The Ministry of Education and Science (“The Client”) invited Non-committal inquiry letter from the 1st ranked candidates for the completion of the above-mentioned Contract. A selection of individual consultants were conducted in accordance with ADB’s procurement guideline Independent consultant selection. As detailed in Table 1 and 2 below, the Client will now award the Contract to the Individual Consultants whose offer has been determined to be the first ranked candidate, is substantially responsive to the Non-committal inquiry letter and, is further determined to be eligible and qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily.
Summary of evaluation results of all firms are shown in Table 1 and winning Consulting firm’s information is stated in Table 2.
