Scope of Work The Ministry of Education and Science (MES) is implementing the L3594-MON: Sustaining Access to and Quality of Education during Economic Difficulties Project financed by the Asian Development Bank. By 2024, two schools and four kindergartens will be newly constructed. In addition, eight schools and 17 kindergartens will be expanded (with more than 4,200 seats created at the schools and 3,500 at the kindergartens) with improved insulation and heating systems; facilities for students with disabilities; disaster resilient features; and age- and gender-inclusive sanitation facilities for students. The construction supervision civil engineer will conduct construction supervision on designated construction/expansion sites to meet requirements of design drawings, technical specifications, construction codes, and standards; and contribute to the timely completion of constructions within the contract completion deadlines. Depending on the project requirement, the MES and Project Implementation Unit might assign the construction supervision engineer to supervise any new site.  Minimum Qualification Requirements
