The consultant will support the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) in implementing the Comprehensive plan to recover from and reduce the student’s learning loss caused by COVID-19, approved in July 2021. The consultant will work closely with the MES, General Authority for Education (GAE), Education Evaluation Center (EEC), National Research Institute for Education (NIER), the local education and science departments and other stakeholders in performing the assignment. The detailed objectives, scope of works, tasks and expected outputs are specified in the consulting service recruitment notice (CSRN) advertised through ADB’s Consultant Management System (CMS).

The consultant will support the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) in upgrading teachers and managers’ knowledge and skills to develop and deliver continuous professional development programs (CPD)  using online plarform. The consultant will work closely with the MES, General Authority for Education (GAE), the local education and science departments and other stakeholders in performing the assignment. Ёс зүйн жилийн хүрээнд "Сайдад и-мэйл бичээрэй" 14 хоногийн аяныг 2022.02.01-ээс 02.14-ний өдрүүдэд зохион байгуулсан. Эцэг эх, асран хамгаалагчид, багш ажилтнууд, оюутан сурагчдаас 1052 саналыг сайдад ирүүлсэн байна. Ирүүлсэн захидлын 577 нь ёс зүйн зөрчил, харилцаа хандлагын доголдол, ялгаварлан гадуурхалттай холбоотой байлаа.
